Most injector training requires a medical license — not because it’s necessary for learning, but because their programs are built around getting you “ready” to work immediately.
Even theory-only courses often require a license, because the expectation is that after a single course, you should be prepared to enter the workforce.
We don’t agree with that model.
Course 1 is designed for licensed nurses and physicians, as well as nursing and medical students who want to understand aesthetic medicine properly before learning to inject. No license is required at this stage because the focus is on foundational knowledge — not performing treatments.
It also acts as your first real touchpoint with the industry — allowing you to understand how aesthetic medicine actually works before committing further.
This ensures you’re making an informed decision before investing thousands into hands-on training.
A medical license becomes relevant in Course 2, where we begin teaching the administration of POUTx proprietary methods and prepare students for hands-on application.

No.
We don’t believe in participation certificates.
Most programs issue a certificate after a single course, regardless of whether the student is truly prepared. We don’t think that serves you — or the industry.
A completion certificate is awarded only after all four courses are completed, and only to students who demonstrate a clear understanding of the full scope of learning.
Because our name carries weight.
When you list POUTx Academy on your resume, it should mean something.
