FROM TRAINING TO REAL PRACTICE AT POUTx
The POUTx 3-month Apprenticeship Program is an advanced, immersive opportunity available exclusively to select POUTx alumni who have demonstrated exceptional skill, discipline, and alignment with the POUTx standard.
This is a continuation of training — elevated into real practice at the highest level. Apprentices refine their craft inside a top-performing clinical environment, working alongside senior POUTx faculty and elite peers while honing decision-making, precision, and confidence on real patients.
More than experience, this apprenticeship offers exposure to what it actually takes to operate at the top — the pace, the standards, the accountability, and the expectation of excellence that define POUTx.
Designed for clinicians ready to move beyond coursework and into mastery, this phase is supported by ongoing mentorship, direct feedback, and real-world performance accountability.

As the program’s lead instructor, Melissa brings the methods to life with hands-on precision and mentorship that’s rooted in real experience. Beverly began her journey at POUTx in 2021 after completing a certification program where her hands-on experience extended little beyond practicing on an orange—yet she had the conviction to step into POUTx, a high-expectation, performance-driven clinical environment known for its uncompromising standards. What she lacked in experience, she made up for in discipline, energy, and a natural ability to connect with clients.
Through relentless effort and exceptional skill development, Beverly advanced rapidly—earning Senior ARCHITECH™ status and building a devoted client following with over 100 Google reviews to her name. Nilou began her journey at POUTx in 2023 during one of the most competitive application rounds to date—276 applicants, 50 video submissions. From the moment her video was reviewed, her level of effort, preparation, and intention made it clear she had what it takes not just to inject, but to operate inside an elite environment.
She trained through Version 4 of the POUTx curriculum—our most comprehensive and demanding program to date—logging endless hours of study paired with immediate clinical implementation. Nilou advanced to Senior ARCHITECH™ status in record time, known for her precision, speed of execution, and ability to perform under pressure.
