The POUTx Apprenticeship is an advanced, immersive opportunity available exclusively to select POUTx alumni who have demonstrated exceptional skill, discipline, and alignment with the POUTx standard.

This is a continuation of training — elevated into real practice at the highest level. Apprentices refine their craft inside a top-performing clinical environment, working alongside senior POUTx faculty and elite peers while honing decision-making, precision, and confidence on real patients.

More than experience, this apprenticeship offers exposure to what it actually takes to operate at the top — the pace, the standards, the accountability, and the expectation of excellence that define POUTx.

Designed for clinicians ready to move beyond coursework and into mastery, this phase is supported by ongoing mentorship, direct feedback, and real-world performance accountability.

  • Architox Hands-On is delivered 1:1 — not in a group setting. Traditional weekend programs place multiple students on a single client, resulting in minimal needle time and fragmented learning. This approach builds anxiety, not skill, because students perform isolated “pokes” of cookie-cutter patterns without understanding the why behind each decision. Here, you assess, plan, execute, and receive feedback on the full treatment — start to finish.

  • This hands-on day is delivered 1:1 — not in a group setting. Traditional weekend programs place multiple students on a single client, resulting in minimal injection time and fragmented learning. This approach builds anxiety, not skill, as students perform isolated, cookie-cutter lip and cheek injections without understanding structure, balance, or the why behind each decision. Here, you assess, plan, and execute both lip and cheek treatments from start to finish, receiving real-time feedback after each case so confidence is built through full-cycle learning — not single pokes.
