With over a decade of injecting experience, Megan built POUTx to raise the bar in aesthetics—anchoring every result in strategy, structure, and precision. She created the ArchiTOX™ and HydratedNOTinflated™ methods to bring predictability to an industry full of guesswork.
Throughout this program, Megan takes you behind the scenes of how these methods were built, why they work, and how to start thinking like an experienced provider—not just someone who knows what to inject, but who and why to inject. Every piece of the curriculum is shaped by her personal journey and designed to elevate how you assess, treat, and build trust with patients.

Melissa began her journey at POUTx in 2019 as Megan’s first protégé—stepping into injectables with zero experience and a deep hunger to grow. Within just four years, she rose to become a top performer and Megan’s closest confidant—someone who shares the same passion for transforming the aesthetics industry from the inside out.
As the program’s lead instructor, Melissa brings the methods to life with hands-on precision and mentorship that’s rooted in real experience.
